Arriving at the Malone farm, Beth is unable to avoid the spirit in the farmhouse who died a violent death there. Having to remain at the Malone farm due to the bridge being washed out from a storm, Beth is shocked to find that sexy rescuer is Ty Malone. Beth is also aware that her "gift" is staging a comeback. Beth and Ty eventually reach a level of hot, mind-blowing sex on an empathic level Beth has never before achieved.
Threatened with cut brake lines and flying bullets, Beth has found her killer. Opening up for an encounter with Lorilee's spirit, the truth of her death is apparent. Facing off with the killer, Beth fears her own possible demise. Surviving the encounter, Beth must evaluate her true wants and needs for the future. Can it include Ty?
THE GIFT is an extremely exciting thriller full of the extraordinary; fascinating and exceptionally entertaining. Deb Stover has a gift for capturing and keeping your attention throughout the entire novel. The story is unique and unlike other stories of this nature. I found this an extremely difficult book to put down. Each page turns itself. A must-read if you want that "different" but really exciting thriller.
