There are several accidents in which Robbie is nearly killed and then he is killed. The show must go on but the problems continue and everyone is convinced the show is jinxed. Lindsey inserts herself into the investigation and what she learns will lead to the killer attempting to kill Lindsey.
Ms. McKinlay is a favorite author. She has three series going on but she manages to keep them fresh and exciting. The Library Lover's Mystery series is consistently high quality with some amusing moments scattered among the more serious events as Lindsey gets closer to the killer's identity.
