Jet is the ultimate bad boy, a rocker with the full uniform of tattoos and piercings. Jet likes to drown out the noise in his head with sex; so it's only natural that his bedroom becomes a place where he invites many girls to spend the night. Ayden is a reformed bad girl, and a Southern belle to boot, and each morning when the women Jet has had makes their walk of shame out the door, a little bit of Ayden dies.

Much of the angst and the drama stems from the family dysfunction that both Jet and Ayden have in their lives. Jet's parents haven't been very good to him, and Ayden's past is revealed slowly as you read. Reader's perceptions of Ayden's character may change throughout the book as Crownover divulges more details about her past.

Once again, Jay Crownover captures the angst of these young adults with ease and creates a story that is not only entertaining, but also very sexy. Jet and Ayden's romance builds slowly, the first half being a little repetitious. However, once the ball gets rolling, Jet and Ayden become impossible to resist.

Crownover strikes the perfect balance of angst and passion with JET, the second installment in the delicious Marked Men series. Her heroes have become impossible to resist!
