Rozlan Mohd Noor is an ex- police officer in the Malaysian police force. He worked as an Investigation Officer for 11 years in capital city Kuala Lumpur. He now runs his own HR and Security Consulting firm but still finds time to write. By many standards, Rozlan is a prolific writer, publishing one to two books a year from 2010-2014.
