The dramatic conclusion to the Heirs of Ireland series is set in Civil War Virginia, where Seamus and his new wife have returned to her roots in the south to find the nation in the grips of a terrible conflict. He becomes a chaplain for the South, being assigned to General Robert E. Lee’s battalion.
